We take the very best care of our dogs and puppies and we guide you on how to raise these pups to live a happy and healthy life with you and your family.

So if you’ve visited our website and have seen photos of our newest litters, you have undoubtedly found the pup for you. After screening and the applications process you must be wondering, “How is my pup going to get to me in New York from Indiana?” It’s easy and seamless! Let us explain how.

If you are located within a reasonable driving distance from White River Kennels then flying your newest family member to you won’t be required. However, if you are far enough away, your baby is flown on one of three airlines that provide the flights in a pressurized cargo area for puppies. We check for direct flights or the shortest flights possible. If the flight has more than one layover, we try to make sure the flight is with a littermate if possible. This way they can be together for the duration and then separate to go to their new families on the next flight.

Our shipping costs include the cost of the flight, the puppy blanket that we use with the scent of the mother and littermates, water and food dish, food pack on top of the crate, the puppy crate and veterinarian certification for the flight. Once your puppy lands safe and arrives to you, make sure you have paper towels in case of any potty accidents. We supply a collar on top of the crate but bring a leash and a bottle of water as well as puppy or diaper wipes.

Greeting your new precious one at the airport is easy. Once you receive your confirmation on your puppy’s flight, check with the airline and give them the airway bill to determine pick-up location. As each airport is different, this is an important step. We want to make this process as quick and easy for you and especially your new puppy. We have been flying our beautiful puppies across the country for years, rest assured we have their best interest at heart.
